Application
The machines are particularly suitable for dismantling or construction, but are also highly applicable for renovation work on motorways or at airports.
The extensive availability of conversion kits makes them universally adaptable for a huge number of purposes.

Technology
All working functions are hydraulic. Included are cutting roller driven blade excavation and sinking as well as power unit and steering system. The power units have an automatic cut-off when distrubed, and comply with the current exhaust gas norms.
The cutting roller drive speeds are infinitely variable and permit the apllication of various blade diameters. The saw blade works in either synchronisation or couter-run. The cutting edge can be replaced with a few simple hand movements by swinging out the drive-system console. The longitudinal axis blade adjustment is possible by the adjustment of just one screw.
Connections for hydraulic auxiliary drives and retrofit kits are standard. The water supply occurs by means of hydraulic impeller pumps with cutting rollers and blade flanges.
Comfort
Long, continuous cutting is highly strenuous for the operator. For this reason, the workplace was arranged to save as much energy as possible.
All the steering and monitoring functions of the floor saw are comfortably accessible from the seat. A high operator's position guarantees optimum view of the target and cut. The swivelling and tiltable seats have an armrest with integrated feed regulator. The inclination of the control panel can be shifted and adapted to the operator's wishes.
The large footwells are provided with a long-lasting anti-slip coating.
The drive motors are protected against vibrations by vibration-encapsulated rubber mountings. The exhaust mufflers were conceived so that the exhaust gases flow out and away over the operator.
Maintenance
During the development of the RSF750 and the RSF620 respectively, special attention was paid to servicing and repair-friendliness. All relevant components are accessible via the lateral outer housing. This can be removed with a few simple hand movements and without tools. In addition, changing or cleaning of the double air filter with its coarse and fine dust cartridges can be achieved without the use of tools.
The cover sheet of the battery box is secured with a few screws - the battery can be removed from above. All hydraulic tubes are coded throughout. Erroneous spares procurement is therefore ruled out.
The maintenance and repair times are minimised in this way, and the business of cutting can be continued quickly.
